2. Scheduling
- First session always free!
- We asked that all training plans are booked 5 days in advance to first training session.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made 12 hours prior to the session (for Seasonal and Elite training only).
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are made via the website with some exceptions. Email us!
4. Liability Waiver
- Elite Touch is not responsible of injuries or damages during training sessions.
5. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and respect.
- Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service without refund.
6. Health and Safety
- Participants should disclose any medical conditions or concerns prior to training.
- Training sessions are physically demanding: it's recommended to consult a physician before participation.
7. Privacy Policy
- Elite Touch takes your privacy seriously. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Amendments
- Elite Touch reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
9. Social Media
- Elite Touch will post their athletes pictures and videos to all social media platforms.
10. Agreement
